Hi
Just wondered if anyone can give me some advice. My Wife was involved in a RTA where another car rear ended us. They have admitted full liability. The car has been repaired but it is now clear that it has been involved in an accident as the floor panel of the boot is covered in some kind of sealant or resin. We are not happy with this as we feel that the value of the car has greatly depreciated due to this repair being obvious. Has anyone been in a similar situation and does anyone know what rights we have to demand the car is in the same state of repair as before? Thanks Tom |

Hi,
I had a similar problem, after buying a vehicle from a garage, only to find out afterwards it had been a write off. I am useless with this sort of thing, and really didn't know what to do, however i found a website listed which helped me alot, and my dispute is now being sorted. The website is www.thecarconsultant.co.uk I hope it helps |
