It is good to know that a woman has been fined £2,500 after exaggerating her injuries in an attempt to achieve a higher compensation payout. The woman claimed to have received serious personal injuries as a result of a car accidents and was left disabled – however tapes revealed she could shop, walk and drive.

Whilst I agree with the concept of compensation it is upsetting to know that people wish to take advantage of it, leaving the victims tainted.
