National flags on number plates

Will you be rushing out to buy new plates and show your national allegiance?

Under new rules - which come into force today - motorists in England, Scotland and Wales can display the Union flag, Cross of St George, Saltire or Red Dragon of Wales on car number plates.

Will you be rushing out to buy new number plates to show your national allegiance?
