Please help!

About a year ago, I bought a Seat Alhambra 7 seater from a dealer. Recently the turbo went and the car was taken back to the garage under the terms of the warranty. We live on a busy road and pulling out of our driveway when the turbo cuts is close to suicide. They were willing to undertake the repairs and took the Seat away. A BMW with 195,000 miles on the clock was given as a courtesy car. We have three children and we were prepared to squash them inside in the short term. However, now we've lost patience with the arrangement. The SEAT has been in the garage for nine weeks now with no sign of the problem being fixed. It's one excuse after another when we call. The BMW feels like it's about to fall apart and I was pulled over recently by the Police because they said it was uninsured. That is a separate issue but reflects the continued aggro we're experiencing. How long can this go on? Should we ask for a new car? A new courtesy car? The money back? I don't know what legal recourse we can take to make the problem disappear. Please help.
