Since anyone with authority can check that VED had been paid instantly either by tapping the vehicle Reg. No. into a computer or by No. recognition camera systems, the familiar little round disc is now redundant.
The money spent on printing and issuing them, including postage costs could be much better spent. Let's have a campaign to scrap them. |
