Hi All

Wondering if anyone can help.

I have a 1998 Scenic with 60k on the clock, recent MOT, and a good service history.

Recently the car has been jumping and juddering in low revs and, when in 1st or 2nd gear - really jumps around. The only way to stop it is to put my foot down or drop the clutch.

I had a mechanic out to work the other day and the best he could come up with was "clutch judder" and recommended I get a new clutch in the next few weeks. I have a feeling there may be another reason though - his diagnosis seemed like something to say rather than an educated guess!

Not sure if it's coincidence or not but at the same time the heating seems to have failed. The fans just seem to blow out cold air all the time.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Rob

does sound like clutch m8 but would not be 100% with out looking. If you dont trust wat the mechanic is saying try another garage or get a second opinion
